How long until I can roll my windows down?
We'll walk you through the exact timeline at the end of your appointment. It depends on the film and the weather that day. Rolling them down too soon can affect how the tint cures, so we make sure you know before we leave.
What if it's raining on my appointment day?
We'll reach out to reschedule. Tint needs to cure in dry, controlled conditions, so we won't install in the rain. No extra charge for weather delays.
Will this void my vehicle's factory warranty?
No. Window tint only involves the glass. It doesn't touch any mechanical or electrical components, so your manufacturer's warranty stays intact.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not necessarily. Just make sure we have access to the vehicle and a flat, shaded spot (a garage is recommended for best results). Plenty of customers leave keys and go about their day.

Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Every tier is backed against bubbling, peeling, and discoloration. Standard Shield is a 3-year warranty, Essential Shield is 5 years, and Ultra Shield is covered for life.
Can I drop my vehicle off instead of a mobile appointment?
Yes. We also offer drop-off by appointment in Fishers, IN, for any of our services. It's appointment-only, so let us know when you book and we'll send over the address and available times.
